Exchange/Return Policy

We do not accept refunds on any items, but will gladly exchange unworn/unwashed items within 14 days upon receiving the products for domestic orders only.  We unfortunately do not accept exchanges for international orders.  If you need to exchange an item the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and should email sales@thelashenthusiastcollection.com beforehand with your name, order number, and desired item to make sure we have it in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, we are not responsible for any customs charges issued in accordance to your country's policies. We will not grant refunds for any customs charges assessed nor grant a refund for orders should the customer not pay the customs charge assessed.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase, but may take longer.  I am a one man show, but I will try to get them processed and shipped out as fast as I can.  Once shipped it generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on where you live.  You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your items are shipped, as well as a tracking number provided.

Orders will not be shipped out over holidays. Orders are typically shipped out on either Mondays or Thursdays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for items that end up lost or delivered to the wrong address given by the customer.

Damaged Products

We pride ourselves in high-quality products and want our customers to be completely satisfied.  If you by chance receive a defective item, please email us right away at sales@thelashenthuisastcollection.com upon receipt of your item.  We will happily replace it as long as it hasn't been worn and is within 10 business days of receiving.
